Ah Samui! I lived here for 8 months and it was pretty cool.  A lot of people think Samui is too commercialised now, but I disagree.  It has a pretty laid back feeling to it still.

I did not like the colour, but for 15,000 for a 6 year old auto with electric start is was not bad

Moped that you have hired for 2000b a month and dont even need to wear a helmet.  A lot of people tell me that drink driving rules do not apply in Samui either – although I fell off 3 times, so I would not recommend it!  This i smy bike that I ended up buying for 15,000b and sold it about 8 months laster for the same price – so all in all not a bad deal!
